Beginner Beekeeper Survival 2023 Final Session

The last session will be free and will take place at the South Central Regional Library in Jefferson County.  If you have not attended any sessions, you still can as this is an independent topic.  Would also be helpful for experienced beekeepers as we will review Integrated Pest Management, diseases and products of the hive.  We hope to see some of our KBA members at the event!

We are an active local beekeeping community hosting public educational events and hands-on field days since 1976. The Louisville, Kentucky metro area and surrounding counties are full of beekeepers! You may even have one living on your street, keeping bees in their backyard, without even knowing it. Often quirky, sometimes funny, but always interesting, the urban beekeeper loves to share knowledge on the life and benefits of honeybees and the challenging yet entertaining hobby of being a beekeeper.
