Come meet us!

Calendar of events

All meetings and field days are open to the public whether a member of the club or not. If you like what we do and want to support us in continuing to provide excellent content, become a KBA member!

We have field days, workshops, and general meetings. Our general meetings include an educational program then a business meeting. These are held monthly, generally, on the first or second Sunday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at the Louisville Nature Center, 3745 Illinois Ave, Louisville, KY 40213 during inactive months and in active months we hold field days (April through September) which start at 5:00 p.m. at various locations. Our field days are hands-on experiences when we open up and look inside local member’s beehives. See our calendar for the most accurate dates and times of our general meetings, field days, and workshops. Some dates are adjusted due to holiday weekends. If you are interested in learning more about beekeeping and connecting with the local beekeeping community, please join us at our next event or subscribe to our mailing list below to learn more and stay informed!
