KBA March Educational Session @ Louisville Nature Center

Please join us on Sunday, March 6th at 6p for the March meeting of the Kentuckiana Beekeepers Association. We will meet in-person at the Louisville Nature Center. Our speaker this month is Tim Hollins who will share some great information on swarm management, swarm traps and what is going on in the hive in March. We hope you can make it!

"While we are in-person for our March meeting, the Louisville Nature Center requires masks while in the vestibule and restrooms. Once you are in our meeting room masking is optional."

I will bring some extra masks if people need one as they sign in.

We are an active local beekeeping community hosting public educational events and hands-on field days since 1976. The Louisville, Kentucky metro area and surrounding counties are full of beekeepers! You may even have one living on your street, keeping bees in their backyard, without even knowing it. Often quirky, sometimes funny, but always interesting, the urban beekeeper loves to share knowledge on the life and benefits of honeybees and the challenging yet entertaining hobby of being a beekeeper.
