KBA Volunteer Opportunity @ the Kentucky State Fair

The KBA will be volunteering to run the KBSA honey booth at the Kentucky State Fair. We need volunteers! If you are available to work, please send us an email to kba@kyanabees.com and let us know what hours you want to work. We need volunteers from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.

We are an active local beekeeping community hosting public educational events and hands-on field days since 1976. The Louisville, Kentucky metro area and surrounding counties are full of beekeepers! You may even have one living on your street, keeping bees in their backyard, without even knowing it. Often quirky, sometimes funny, but always interesting, the urban beekeeper loves to share knowledge on the life and benefits of honeybees and the challenging yet entertaining hobby of being a beekeeper.
